How madhab affects prayer times
The five prayer times are the same across madhabs — the only difference is Asr: Hanafi scholars start Asr when an object's shadow is twice its length (plus the noon shadow), while Shafi'i, Maliki and Hanbali start at one length. That's why Hanafi Asr is later.
